Setup an Application Directory
- Logon to the control panel at http://admin.anySiteHosting.com
- Click the Domains icon
- Click your Hosted Domain
- Scroll down the page, click the Virtual Direcories icon
- Click [Add New +]
- Skip to the Physical Folder text box first...
- Click the Select Folder icon next to the Physical Folder text box
- Select the directory to be used and click [OK]
- Go back up to the Virtual Directory Name text box and type in the same name as the folder you chose in step 7
- Click [Save]

How to use TRACERT
If support asks you to supply the results of a Trace Route to them, simply follow these steps:
- Click the Start button
- Select Run...
- Type COMMAND and hit
- In the command prompt window, type TRACERT ANYSITEHOSTING.COM and hit
**NOTE: you will need to replace the ANYSITEHOSTING.COM address with your address.
- Copy the resulting text output and paste it in an email back to support.

How to PING
If support asks you to supply the results of a ping test to them, simply follow these steps:
- Click the Start button
- Select Run...
- Type COMMAND and hit
- In the command prompt window, type PING ANYSITEHOSTING.COM and hit
